Nothing more humbling than taking a starting picture of yourself with harsh overhead lighting, after gorging on dim-sum for lunch!

  • Weight: 200-205lbs (depending on glycogen load)
  • BF - 16-17%
  • Chest: 43.5"
  • Waist 33"
  • Neck 15"
  • Arms 15.5"
  • Calves 16"
  • Thighs 25"
  • Forearms 12.5"
